Parts Advisor
Start Date: Immediate – Hours: Full Time
We are a family run business looking to recruit a motivated Parts Advisor for our busy, franchised Piaggio Group dealership in Nottingham on a full time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a positive individual to join our friendly team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the parts deparmtment, booking in parts using our DMS system, picking and packing web orders, selling parts to invoices for retail customers and to internal job cards. They will also be responsible for dealing with incoming telephone queries/ orders in a polite and professional manner.
The Role :
* To handle customers enquires swiftly, courteously and efficiently
* To record all items supplied to customers and internal jobs
* Book in customer and internal jobs on our dealer management system and allocate the correct parts.
* To ensure the parts department is kept clean, tidy and safe to work in
* To ensure the Company image of professionalism and quality of service is maintained when dealing with customers.
* To ensure that Parts on arrival are inspected for damage and that the quantities received match quantity advised on delivery notes and are then placed into stock locations.
* Use the manufacturer portal to find the correct parts for customers.
* To maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
* To carry out any other duties as required.

* Excellent communicators, organised and have great inter-personal skills
* Be honest and reliable
* Hold a full clean motorcycle and/or driving licence
* Be computer literate
