What you'll be doing:
The successful candidate will join the Development team working with Public Sector / Service Cloud clients.
What experience you'll bring:
Core skills:
* 5+ years of relevant Salesforce Development experience
* Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and administration (including lightning page layouts, email/routing, custom object definition, list views, dynamic forms)
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce configurations and customizations
* Expertise in out-of-the-box capabilities of Service Cloud, including Entitlements / SLA Management
* Implementation of complex Salesforce Flows
* Knowledge of Salesforce Apex development
* Experience with Git version control
* Familiarity with Salesforce SFDX / Visual Studio Code
* Comfortable with agile delivery using Jira
* Experience with DevOps deployment, including CI/CD pipelines
Ideal:
* Experience with Salesforce SOQL query language and object model/reporting
* Advanced Salesforce Apex development, including invocable Flow actions and batch Apex
* Salesforce Experience Cloud site building
* Development of robust Salesforce Lightning Web Components (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
* Experience with DevOps pipelines and troubleshooting (including Python, Node.js, Bash)
* Knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, Secrets Manager, API Gateways)
* Salesforce email configuration, including DNS/DKIM/SPF
* AI prompt building experience
* Experience with Salesforce Maps or similar GIS systems
