Job Description
Role overview: As Paid Advertising specialist, you use paid advertising spend to boost the visibility of TikTok Shop content (across Lives, Affiliate Videos and Organic videos). You develop frameworks to identify which content to boost and manage budgets from multiple brands to deliver results. You create sophisticated targeting strategies to maximise return on ad spend. You also own all reporting on Paid Advertising, reviewing spend and efficiency and communicating the results to the wider team. This is a highly analytical role, well suited to someone comfortable with data analysis and with strong organisational skills.
Core responsibilities:
1) Develop frameworks for identifying which content should receive Ad support.
* You will build a set of measurable, quantitative frameworks for deciding whether a specific piece of content should receive Ad support. You will also develop a mechanism for reviewing those frameworks and adjusting the thresholds over time.
* You will also build and manage a process for reviewing total content performance in order to identify potential Ad content (i.e. you will need a way to review hundreds of affiliate videos, tens of organic videos and multiple upcoming live streams to decide where to spend your Ad budget).
