We are seeking a Premium Billing Consultant to join our Managed Services team, ensuring accurate and timely billing for our managed partners. In this role, you will act as an extension of the client’s billing department, understanding their unique processes and providing tailored recommendations to optimize workflows.
Key responsibilities include:
* Evaluating end-to-end billing processes and identifying improvements.
* Maintaining compliance with industry standards and ensuring our metering and billing accreditation remains current.
* Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers to address queries and optimize billing efficiency.
* Providing detailed reporting on Profit & Loss, fraud monitoring, and smarter buying solutions.
* Supporting customers with platform queries, training, and troubleshooting.
* Ensuring high customer service standards and timely responses within SLAs.
* Managing key customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
* Adhering to security policies, industry best practices, and supporting team initiatives.
Your experience should include:
* Experience in telecoms and IT service billing.
* Familiarity with metering and billing accreditation standards.
* Strong customer service skills, especially in billing or invoicing contexts.
* Ability to perform under pressure and interpret written and spoken requirements.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
* Experience with aBILLity or Affinity billing systems is a plus but not essential, as full training will be provided.
