Salary: Level 2 Salary £26,291.20 per annum

Nestled in a beautifully converted Methodist Church, our charming setting is just a 6-minute walk from Bourne End Train Station, with convenient street parking available for easy access. We are on the lookout for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team. If you have a love for early years education and hold a Level 2 Childcare qualification, we want to hear from you! This full-time role involves working 40 hours a week with flexible shifts between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday, all year round.

Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Ensure each child’s individual needs are met, providing high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
* Observe, assess, and plan stimulating activities that cater to each child's unique learning and development needs.
* Engage as a professional team member, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
* Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety matters to management.
* Support the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What You Need
To thrive in this role, you will need:
* Full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification - essential.
* Fluency in written and spoken English - essential.
* Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years - desirable.
* Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable.
