Corporation Tax Manager – £55,000 to £65,000 | Hybrid Working

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified tax professional to join a dynamic team, take ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients, and benefit from a clear progression path to Senior Manager.
Role Overview:
Reporting to a Senior Manager or Director, you will be responsible for the efficient delivery of corporation tax compliance and advisory services to a varied client base.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage your own portfolio of clients, overseeing the full compliance process
2. Review and sign off Corporation Tax computations and returns prepared by junior staff
3. Prepare complex Corporation Tax computations using Alphatax
4. Support audit processes and liaise with third-party auditors on tax disclosures
5. Advise on technical areas including:
* Capital allowances
* R&D tax relief
* Substantial Shareholdings Exemption
* Controlled Foreign Companies
* Corporate Interest Restriction
* Withholding Tax and Double Taxation Relief
6. Build strong internal and external relationships
