The role
This award-winning creative agency is looking for a Head of Design who can combine big-picture ideas with hands-on craft. You'll lead the creative direction on design, mentor others, and stay firmly on the tools - bringing ideas to life across a range of channels every day.
You'll be
* Driving design and art direction across integrated campaigns (branding, print, digital, social, advertising - TVC, radio and OOH)
* Rolling your sleeves up - hands-on Adobe Creative Suite work every day
* Partnering with copywriters, strategists and account teams to shape standout creative
* Mentoring and inspiring junior creatives, raising the level of design across the agency
* Presenting confidently to clients and contributing to new business and award submissions
What they're looking for
* Strong agency experience (creative, advertising, digital or integrated)
* Highly proficient design skills - Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
* A portfolio that shows both ideas and craft
