Job Description Summary
The Resident Services Manager should endeavor to provide excellent customer service to residents, prospective residents, guests, and vendors. Resident Services Managers are the face of the property and promote a sense of community. They work directly with property managers and team members to ensure a high-quality experience for residents.
Essential Job Duties
1. Provide an open and welcoming environment to promote resident retention.
2. Acquire broad knowledge of the community and surrounding area.
3. Maintain logs of resident issues and services provided.
4. Assist residents with lease violations under the supervision of the Property Manager.
5. Prepare and deliver move-in and renewal gifts.
6. Promote community engagement and help develop a strong community identity.
7. Coordinate resident events, with a minimum of one per month.
8. Manage social media, oversee reputation management, and distribute monthly newsletters.
9. Manage the Kingsley platform and address resident concerns within 24 hours.
10. Greet, tour, and lease to prospects, responding promptly to inquiries.
11. Understand the needs of residents and the property.
12. Willingness to work some evenings and weekends, demonstrating patience and respect.
13. Manage a complex workload in varied environments.
14. Possess strong interpersonal, communication, organization, writing, and computer skills.
