At Sunlighten UK, we bring wellness to life through premium infrared sauna technology. As the UK and EU arm of a global brand, we're expanding fast—and looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team.
You'll be responsible for coordinating the daily movement of goods across the UK and EU. From managing white glove delivery services to ensuring customs compliance, you'll be at the core of our logistics operations. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys building strong working relationships, and values getting things right.
We're looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
Fleet & Delivery Operations
Manage day-to-day UK white glove deliveries
Launch and oversee white glove services across the EU
Logistics & Compliance
Coordinate EU transport operations
Ensure all customs and regulatory documentation is correct
Route Planning & Coordination
Plan and optimise delivery routes using logistics software
Work closely with warehouse teams and delivery partners
Cost Monitoring
Keep track of transport budgets
Review and manage third-party logistics partners
Reporting & Performance
Maintain accurate delivery records and KPIs
Report regularly on efficiency, reliability, and compliance
Customer Communication
Respond to transport-related queries and issues
Keep customers and teams updated on deliveries and delays
eCommerce Fulfilment
Manage timely dispatch of online orders
Maintain service levels to support customer satisfaction

The Person
Experienced in logistics or transport coordination (white glove a plus)
Knowledge of UK and EU transport regulations
Skilled in logistics planning tools and Microsoft Office
Clear, professional communicator with excellent literacy and email skills
Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
Commercially aware and confident working with premium clients
Full, clean UK driving licence (preferred)
Please note: While experience in large fleet or artic logistics may not be directly transferable, candidates with this background who are open to managing a smaller van fleet—and who can adapt to a more hands-on role—may still be a good fit.
Likewise, experience in multi-drop or food delivery logistics could be valuable, particularly if paired with previous team leadership or customer-facing roles.
