Job Description:
A highly successful homecare company with multiple offices in the Northwest area is recruiting for a Registered Manager for their Wirral branch – Based in Bromborough.
This company have an excellent reputation for premium homecare to elderly and complex care clients. You will receive excellent levels of support from the management team and will also be joining a company going through some very exciting growth – offering excellent scope for long term career development!
Key Responsibilities:
* Day to day management of an established domiciliary care service in the Wirral area
* Ensure the service operates in full compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
* Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of staff to maintain a high-performing team.
* Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
* Monitor and manage performance metrics to achieve operational and financial goals.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing domiciliary care services or similar setting
* Experience working closely with a variety of different client groups
* In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive business growth.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or working towards
* A team-oriented leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care.

* 33 days annual leave
