A leading multi-office national law firm is seeking a Commercial Solicitor (1+ PQE) to join its established Commercial team, working closely with a Legal 500 ranked Partner on a varied and high-quality caseload.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level commercial lawyer looking to develop within a supportive and well-structured environment, with strong exposure to complex commercial work and regular client contact.
The Role
You will work closely with an experienced Legal 500 ranked Partner on a broad range of commercial matters, including:
* Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and complex agreements
* Preparing and advising on terms and conditions and supplier/customer contracts
* Supporting on employment-related commercial issues
* Advising clients on general commercial and wider business matters
* Assisting on more complex, higher-value matters alongside senior lawyers
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high-quality client care
This is a hands-on position offering genuine exposure to high-quality work and the opportunity to develop quickly within a partner-led team.
About You
We are keen to speak with candidates who:
* Are 1+ PQE Commercial Solicitors or equivalent
* Have experience in commercial contracts and general commercial advisory work
* Are confident in drafting and negotiating agreements
* Have a commercial mindset with strong communication skills
* Enjoy working collaboratively within a busy team environment
