About the Role

As a Senior Support Worker, you'll provide direct support to individuals, ensuring their personal, social, and health care needs are met in line with person-centred plans. * Manage staffing levels, rotas, budgets, and household finances.
* Ensure safe medication practices and compliance across the team.
* Respond effectively to incidents, concerns, or complaints.
* Support team development through training, supervision, and guidance.

About You

* Experienced in social care, ideally with a leadership or supervisory background.
* Skilled in supporting individuals with varying needs.
* A strong communicator, able to engage with staff, families, and professionals.
* Organised, proactive, and confident in decision-making.
* Willing to undertake further training, including Health & Social Care Diplomas and British Sign Language if required.
* Flexible and committed, with the ability to take part in on-call duties.

What We Offer

* Competitive pay and benefits.
* Ongoing training and development opportunities.
* A supportive and inclusive working environment.
* Opportunities to progress within the organisation.
