This is a job share role, working Thursdays and Fridays, starting as soon as possible until the end of the academic year. About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed teacher to step into a well-supported classroom where: All planning is prepared, allowing you to focus purely on delivering high-quality teaching No after-school meetings or parents’ evenings are required You’ll be working alongside a collaborative and friendly teamThe school is looking for someone who is strong, hardworking, and confident in delivering engaging lessons that support pupils’ learning and development. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (preferred) Experience teaching in Year 3 (desirable), although experienced ECTs are welcome to apply Strong behaviour management skills The ability to work independently and use initiative A positive attitude and willingness to commit to the role through to the end of the school year Safeguarding & Compliance Requirements: An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one Ability to provide a minimum of two references covering the past two years, commenting on your work with children Willingness to meet with the school and complete a registration process with Smile Education to ensure all safeguarding and compliance checks are in placeWorking Pattern: 2 days per week (Thursday & Friday) Immediate start until the end of the academic yearIf you are a passionate and reliable teacher looking for a flexible role in a supportive school environment, we would love to hear from you.
