We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join our friendly, close-knit team and play a key role in supporting our sales operations. About the Role This role is central to the smooth running of our sales department. You’ll be processing orders, handling customer enquiries, preparing quotes, and ensuring our administrative processes run seamlessly. Accuracy, efficiency, and excellent communication are essential. Key Responsibilities * Order Management – Process sales orders accurately using ERP systems (SAGE or similar). * Quotations – Prepare and issue quotes within agreed deadlines. * Customer Service – Respond to incoming calls and emails, building positive relationships and resolving queries promptly. * Record Keeping – Maintain well-organised and up-to-date customer records. * Admin Support – Manage shared inboxes, support scheduling, and assist with day-to-day admin tasks. * Reporting – Monitor and track sales performance using spreadsheets and CRM tools. * Problem-Solving – Resolve customer or order issues with a positive, solution-focused approach. * Team Collaboration – Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure excellent service delivery. What We’re Looking For * Experience – At least 2 years in an office-based administrative or customer service role. * Organisation – Confident managing multiple priorities in a busy environment. * Communication – Strong written and verbal communication skills. * IT Proficiency – Comfortable with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and ideally ERP systems (SAGE, SAP, Oracle). * Local Candidate – Driving licence and access to transport essential. * Team Spirit – A collaborative, flexible approach to supporting colleagues.
