Record risk incidents and work collaboratively to create and update Safety Assessments and Plans. Provide personalised interventions for individuals experiencing mental health challenges, both as an independent practitioner and within a Multi-Disciplinary Team. Plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing interventions in line with recovery principles and secondary mental health service roles.
