We are a family business operating a poultry and meat cutting site based in the heart of Bradford and serve various sectors such as the wholesale, retail and the hospitality sector.
Situated in a large catchment area in Bradford, the company has experienced a growth in various sectors for existing products, but it has identified the need for an individual who can operate in the business support capacity. This is to be done by helping the growing sales team to maximise their sales objectives and ensure that Key Performance Indicators in the production efficiency is maintained especially through output. The candidate is also expected to demonstrate initiative to solve problems by assisting in the office day to day operations.
The candidate must also be responsible to ensure office infrastructure continues in a smooth process flow and is transparent through becoming familiar with in house documentation, software or completion of sales orders to batching ready for invoicing, record keeping of traceable containers are some of the expected tasks.
Furthermore, the individual is to ensure client on site visits for audits remain as smooth as possible, so knowledge based on site, key areas of work and work process flows is expected.
