About the SEN Teaching Assistant role:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a variety of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and communication difficulties
* Support learning both inside and outside the classroom, helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally
* Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure tailored support and positive outcomes
This Role Would Suit:
* An experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a fulfilling new opportunity
* A Psychology graduate seeking hands-on experience before pursuing a career in Educational Psychology, Speech & Language Therapy, Teaching, or similar fields
