Salary: Up to £50, + benefits package
Role: Permanent – Hybrid (2 days per week office based and 3 days remote)
Hours: 35 hours per week Monday to Friday
We’re on the hunt for a Full Stack Developer who knows their way around Umbraco like a pro and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and build something brilliant. If you’re fluent in C#, .NET, and front-end magic — and you love turning complex problems into elegant digital experiences — we should talk!
This is a great time to join a collaborative, forward-thinking team that’s shaping the future of our digital platforms. You’ll be working on projects that matter, with people who care, using tools that excite. Sound good?
What you’ll be doing:
1. Building and maintaining slick, user-friendly websites and apps on Umbraco CMS
2. Creating custom integrations, templates, and components that make editors smile
3. Developing responsive interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, and SASS
4. Connecting systems via RESTful APIs and keeping data flowing smoothly
5. Optimising for performance, SEO, security, and scalability — because speed matters
6. Squashing bugs, solving problems, and keeping things running like clockwork
7. Collaborating with designers, strategists, and stakeholders to deliver top-notch work
8. Staying sharp on the latest tech trends in Umbraco, .NET, and full-stack development
Skills we’re looking for:
9. Solid experience with Umbraco CMS (v13+ ideally)
10. Strong C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core, and .NET framework skills
11. Front-end chops: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Typescript
12. SQL Server know-how and a good grasp of relational databases
13. RESTful API wizardry and integration smarts
14. Git fluency and Agile mindset
15. A keen eye for SEO, accessibility, and performance
16. Clear communication and documentation skills
17. A curious mind and a can-do attitude
It’s a real plus if you also have:
18. Experience with Dynamics, MS Portals, Azure WebApps/Services
19. Familiarity with cloud hosting, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
20. Automated testing and QA frameworks
21. GraphQL or REST API design skills
22. Umbraco plugin development experience
What else we’re looking for:
You’re organised, detail-oriented, and confident juggling multiple priorities. You thrive in a team, but you’re not afraid to take the lead when needed. You’re proactive, positive, and always up for a challenge.
What you’ll get:
23. 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
24. Pension contribution scheme
25. Training and development opportunities
26. Life assurance scheme
27. Dedicated wellness initiatives and wellness hub that supports your wellbeing (including EAP)
28. Subscription to Perkbox – our online benefits platform including retailer, entertainment and dining out discounts.
