As a Senior Customer Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our members, ensuring they feel welcome, supported, and valued whether they visit us in-branch, via telephone, or online. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Welcoming and supporting customers in finding the right financial solutions.
2. Delivering outstanding service that builds trust and long-term relationships.
3. Mentoring and supporting a team of Customer Consultants to help them grow and develop.
4. Stepping in for the Branch Manager when needed, contributing to the smooth operation of the branch.
5. Supporting customers over the phone and through digital channels.
6. Ensuring the smooth running of daily branch operations in line with policies and procedures.
7. Staying up to date with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
8. Collaborating with colleagues across the branch network to deliver exceptional service.
