Job Description
The Private Client Locum will be:* Managing a full range of private client matters* Advising on wills, probate, estate administration and lasting powers of attorney* Handling private client files with a particular emphasis on tax related work* Providing clear and commercially minded advice to clients on succession and estate planning matters* Supporting the wider team with ongoing caseload demands during the locum assignment* Progressing files efficiently and maintaining high standards of client care* Working autonomously while integrating quickly into an established private client function* Assisting with urgent matters from the outset due to the immediate start requirement
The Successful Applicant
The Private Client Locum should be:* A solicitor or equivalent with solid private client experience* Comfortable handling the full range of private client matters independently* Particularly strong in tax related private client work* Available to start as soon as possible* Able to commit for at least one month* Confident stepping into an established caseload with minimal supervision* Organised, responsive and client focused in approach
