The position will also lead a strategic review of the marketing mix, helping to transition activity from a mid and lower-funnel focus to a balanced, brand-building approach. This includes contributing to financial year budget planning, ROI modelling, and aligning marketing performance with broader business objectives.
Additionally, the role provides senior oversight on critical digital initiatives, including a Shopify site re-theme, and will guide tracking and measurement strategies to keep performance transparent and actionable. A key part of the brief involves supporting and mentoring the in-house team, ensuring stability and leadership continuity across digital channels.
