Were representing a well-established Essex-based main contractor delivering a broad range of new build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects across the commercial, residential, and education sectors. Due to continued growth, theyre looking to appoint a driven and detail-oriented Estimator to join their pre-construction team.
The Role
* Manage tenders from initial enquiry through to final submission
* Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
* Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations
* Support bid strategy discussions and provide accurate commercial input
About You
* 45 years experience in estimating within a main contractor
* Looking to step up from Assistant Estimator to a standalone Estimator position
* Strong attention to detail with sound commercial awareness
* Proficient in Bluebeam or similar take-off / estimating software
* Confident communicator with a proactive, team-first mindset
