Full time, Permanent Salary : £27,000 to £30,000 per annum up to 20% bonus opportunity (£32-36k On Target Earnings) company car Working : Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week Territory : Birmingham, Coventry, Wolverhampton and surrounding areas We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the charge in growing our presence in the Out of Home (OOH) channel, representing a leading confectionery brand. This is about strategic territory ownership. You won’t just be visiting sites; you’ll be thinking three steps ahead on how to drive your patch forward. What you’ll be doing Identifying and securing new business opportunities across OOH sectors: leisure, healthcare, education, workplace, and defence sites Visiting sites such as soft play centres, theme parks, universities, canteens and contract caterers to pitch and activate opportunities Influencing decision-makers with range advice, merchandising support and display solutions (countertop units, POS) Supporting product launches, sampling and seasonal activations (e.g. Freshers events) Securing new distribution points in high-traffic spots. What are we looking for? If you have experience as a Retail Manager or Area Manager, we want to talk to you. You’ll understand the commercial pressure of a P&L, how to manage people’s expectations, and manage your diary. You thrive when there’s a number to hit. You don't just meet targets; you look for ways to smash them. You are comfortable cold-calling and possess the "grit" required to build a territory from scratch. Comfortable using tablets and Excel/Google Sheets to manage a busy diary. A full/clean UK driving licence (held for at least 1 year). If you would like to be part of our success, please apply today!
