We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Reservation Agent to join our team in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding guest services. As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for managing reservations, assisting guests with inquiries, and ensuring a seamless booking experience. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued in this role, as they enhance our ability to cater to a diverse clientele.
What will I be doing?
Guided by the Head of Reservations, you'll focus on maximising sales opportunities and delivering outstanding guest service by:
* Managing enquiries by phone and email with professionalism and warmth across all Marine & Lawn properties.
* Ensuring guest details are accurate, enabling our teams to deliver exceptional service.
* Checking OTA arrivals, following up on reservation traces, and managing group rooming lists.
* Maintaining accurate systems and records within the department.
* Proactively contacting upcoming arrivals to enhance their experience.
* Upselling products, rooms, and services to maximise revenue.
* Distributing reports to key stakeholders and supporting department performance.
