Our client is looking to recruit an additional person for its Help Desk Support Team, which is based in Kent near Paddock Wood.
Key experience needed for this is broad technical skills across:
* Office 365
* Hardware/ software problem resolution
* Networking
This could suit someone with a year or two of experience, an IT-related grad looking to work in support, or someone with some IT/Networking skills and a passion for IT looking for a first role.
Office 365, Software Installations, Hardware Support, Networking, Customer-focused.
Location of the candidate is key, though. A car driver is essential.
The role will work on a Support desk using ticketing software and will be customer-focused rather than project work.
