With a strong pipeline of projects, we are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver social housing decarbonisation works across the East Midlands. In recent times, They have also been investing in dedicated delivery and compliance teams, research, supply chains, and systems, to gear up for the net zero retrofit challenge. However, they're still delivering and growing the wider planned maintenance services. Role Overview As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of decarbonisation and retrofit projects within occupied social housing. You will manage site operations, ensure compliance with PAS 2035 standards, and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents, and stakeholders.
