Job Summary:
As the Off-Licence Shop Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our retail store specializing in alcoholic beverages and other products. You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws.
Manage store layout, signage, and merchandising to optimize sales.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise staff, providing guidance and support.
Schedule shifts and manage employee performance.
