You’ll take ownership of a strategic sales process that enables our Key Account customers to procure their enterprise solutions and benefit from the wider range of additional products we offer.

* Building, qualifying, and managing a robust sales pipeline using multiple lead‑generation channels (including prospecting, networking, referrals, and Glenigan), while maintaining accurate CRM data, sales forecasting, and pipeline visibility.
* Developing and executing strategic regional sales plans to drive revenue growth, improve product penetration, and maximise conversion rates, order values, and overall sales performance.
* Building and maintaining strong long‑term relationships with prospective and existing customers at site level, collaborating closely with the Key Account Management team to support and expand key accounts throughout the sales lifecycle.
* Tracking and reporting on sales performance metrics, working cross‑functionally to ensure effective local support, and contributing to high customer satisfaction and loyalty, supporting a strong Net Promoter Score (NPS).
