We are seeking a highly organised and resourceful Administrative Coordinator to support our operations and seamless day-to-day functioning across departments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively across teams, fostering lasting personal relationship, and being the central point of contact for administrative needs.
Location: Taffs Well, Cardiff
Hours of Work: – 24 hours per week, depending on preference and experience
Starting Salary: £26,000 (pro-rata – 32hr FT week company)
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities will include:
Managing Reception & Switchboard
Acting as first point of contact for visitors
Actioning all incoming/outgoing correspondence, emails, and queries as appropriate
Maintaining all stationery, stock, equipment, and sundry items
Maintain company Approved Supplier database to ensure continued compliance
Processing Purchase Orders and Invoices
Creating and scheduling marketing across digital platforms
Assisting with the upkeep of all Company accreditation procedures/documentation
Assisting with the upkeep of all Company Procurement Portals
Maintaining Administration and Archive Filing Systems
Providing administrative support to Accounts Coordinator and Business Manager
Providing administrative support to the Technical Team when required
Undertaking any other administration duties as required
Essential Experience, Competencies and Requirements:
GCSEs (Grade C or above) in English and Maths
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
Proven experience of working in a Commercial Environment
Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite and digital collaboration tools
Experience creating marketing content for website & social media
Strong organisational and time management skills
A flexible mindset with a willingness to learn and improve
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
