You will: Lead and supervise a dedicated team of Care Assistants to deliver outstanding, person-centred care in clients' own homes Ensure personal care is always provided with the highest standards of dignity, respect, and compassion Foster companionship, emotional support, and reassurance for clients while guiding your team to build strong, trusting relationships Oversee safe and accurate assistance with medication, mobility, mealtimes, and daily living activities across the team Act as a trusted leader within a close-knit, local team — providing guidance, motivation, hands-on support when needed, and being a positive role model for best practice
