We help brands thrive on Amazon through a combination of sales, marketing, operations, and creative strategy - offering full-service solutions across Vendor and Seller Central.
The Role
As a Catalogue Executive, you’ll be responsible for improving product visibility, discoverability, and conversion across Amazon. Working closely with our client management, creative, and PPC teams, you’ll ensure every product listing is optimised for search and sales performance.
This role combines SEO strategy, copywriting, and catalogue management. You’ll be hands‑on in crafting keyword‑rich content, optimising product data, and maintaining catalogue accuracy - all while learning the inner workings of Amazon Vendor Central.
We’re looking for someone curious, proactive, and detail‑obsessed, with a passion for e-commerce and great writing.
Key Responsibilities
* Write engaging and optimised detail page copy aligned to brand tone and search intent.
* Implement A+ Content and support Brand Store updates alongside the creative team.
* Create and maintain ASINs across Vendor & Seller Central.
* Ensure accuracy, compliance and data integrity.
* Resolve listing health issues independently where possible.
Performance Contribution
* Analyse search and conversion performance.
* Proactively identify optimisation and growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with Creative and PPC to align SEO with design and advertising goals.
* Monitor competitor listings and trends to maintain best‑in‑class content quality.
Process & Standards
* Adhere to documented SOPs.
* Escalate blockers early.
* Deliver error‑free outputs consistently.
* Stay up to date with Amazon algorithm changes and SEO best practices.
Requirements
* 1–2 years experience in an SEO, copywriting, or e-commerce role.
* Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for grammar, structure, and persuasive copy.
* Analytical mindset with confidence in using data to guide decision.
* Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword research tools.
* Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets for managing product data.
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
* Amazon experience is desirable.
* Familiarity with common industry software tools or e-commerce platforms is desirable.
