What you'll do:
* Meet and guide customers through their new home journey, from enquiry to completion.
* Manage viewings, reservations, and sales progression independently.
* Deliver an excellent customer experience, ensuring sales targets are met.
What we're looking for
* A proven sales professional (property/new homes experience preferred, but not essential).
* Confident working independently on site.
* Target-driven and customer-focused.
* Flexible to work weekends (essential).
Package:
* Basic Salary: £31,000 per annum, paid as an hourly rate (£15.00 + holiday pay)
* Weekly pay, every Friday.
* Commission: £250 per plot (OTE £40k+)
* Hours: 10am-5pm, every weekend + 3 weekdays (Tues/Wed standard days off)
* Start Date: ASAP
