Personal Assistant - Immediate Start Our client based in West Malling is seeking for a Team Assistant to join their team. This is a temporary position, duration circa 6 months. Hours: Monday to Friday Duties: Provide proactive administrative support to two Directors and the wider team. Manage complex and busy diaries, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, handling queries and correspondence professionally Organise and prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points Coordinate team meetings, events, and away days, both virtual and in-person Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and ensure all documentation is up to date and well-organised Support with document production, including formatting reports, presentations, and internal communications Monitor and manage shared inboxes, responding or redirecting as appropriate Provide general office support such as ordering supplies, managing post, and liaising with suppliers or facilities where required Assist with onboarding new team members and coordinating team-wide initiatives Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks and project support as needed to ensure smooth team operationsThe successful candidate: Organised Attention to detail Great communication skills Proficient in Microsoft OfficeIf this role is of interest to you, please apply now...
