HR Coordinator Northamptonshire Up to £32,000 Full-time | Site-based We're partnering with a well-established manufacturing business in Northamptonshire to recruit an HR Coordinator to join their on-site People team. Operating within a fast-paced production environment, this role plays a key part in supporting the full employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance, accuracy and strong day-to-day HR operations across site.
