* You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store.
* You’ll lead and manage a small team of 4-6 staff members.
* You’ll motivate your team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
* You’ll offer honest advice, build rapport with customers, and help them make informed choices.
* You will work up to 45 hours per week, with any extra hours paid or taken as time off in lieu.
What you’ll need - skills and experience:
* Proven experience leading a small team.
* Managerial experience in retail or field sales, preferably in a hard goods environment.
* Experience in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
* Ability to motivate your team effectively.
* Practical knowledge of our product range is preferred.
* You should be confident, enthusiastic, and driven.
* Commitment to personal and team development.
* Strong skills in accuracy, numeracy, and basic computer literacy.
* A strong desire to succeed both individually and as a team leader.
