This role starts mid‑May 2026. Reporting to the UK HR Manager, you will support the UK business in all things ER and collaborate on projects within EMEA. It’s a hands‑on role for anyone who wants experience working within a global business. If you enjoy getting things accurate, compliant and on time and are comfortable being the go‑to person for HR questions, you’ll feel right at home.

12‑14 month maternity contract. Northampton (NN4). 37.5 hours per week (Hybrid).
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing HR administration across onboarding, contract changes, promotions, leavers and offboarding
* Preparing and maintaining employment documents – contracts, addendums, offer letters and exit paperwork
* Keeping HR systems and employee records accurate, up to date and audit‑ready
* Acting as the first point of contact for employee HR queries around policies, benefits and processes
* Coordinating with wider HR teams (HRBPs, Talent, C&B) to ensure a smooth employee experience
* Tracking probation periods, fixed‑term contracts and key employment milestones
* Ensuring compliance with local employment legislation and internal policies
* Supporting audits, data checks and HR reporting (headcount, attrition, leave, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years’ experience in HR administration or HR operations (CIPD ideal but not essential)
* Solid understanding of local employment law and HR best practice
* Confident using HR systems (SAP, Workday, Oracle or similar)
* High attention to detail – you notice when things don’t add up
* Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
* Calm under pressure and able to manage time‑sensitive transactions
