Job Description

Why this role is important to us

Our EMAP region spans 20 countries and 11 time zones. You'll provide important support to the Regional CHRO and Regional COO, ensuring they remain focused, organised across a fast‑moving international portfolio. You will help keep the region running smoothly.

Work that matters – What you'll do

1. Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
2. Prepare high‑quality presentations, reports, agendas and meeting minutes, with clear tracking of actions.
3. Handle confidential information and documents with absolute discretion.
4. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including visas, accommodation and detailed itineraries.
5. Process expenses, purchase orders and invoices within the deadline
6. Provide essential administrative support including room bookings, onboarding coordination, facilities and IT liaison.
7. Partner with EAs and PAs across Experian to deliver seamless leadership, customer, supplier and Board‑related meetings.
8. Support team communications, events and engagement activities across the region.


Qualifications

What you'll need to bring to the role and Experian

9. Experience supporting Senior Executives, within a large or global organisation.
10. Excellent diary, organisational and administration skills.
11. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
12. IT proficiency across Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
13. Confidence managing multiple priorities and working under pressure.
