We're recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator to join a well-respected independent estate agency in the Basingstoke area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit and established team with strong earning potential and genuine progression opportunities.
This role would suit a motivated and sales-driven lettings professional who enjoys working with people, delivering great customer service, and thriving in a target-driven environment.
The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will:
* Arrange and conduct property viewings
* Match tenants with suitable rental properties
* Support landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process
* Provide clear advice and maintain strong client relationships
* Work closely with the team to deliver excellent service and meet targetsContribute to business growth through strong performance and customer care
Lettings Negotiator Requirements
* Minimum 12 months’ experience in a Lettings Negotiator role
* Strong sales ability with a target-driven mindset
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for the property industry
* Full UK driving licence
* Desire to exceed targets and progress within the industry

* £23,000 basic salary
* £40,000 OTE with uncapped commission
