We are seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join our Immingham Plant. The role involves working on an average of 12 shifts per month, with shifts lasting 12 hours and requiring flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.

What You'll Be Doing
You will provide electrical expertise on shift to maximize plant availability through preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown responses. Your responsibilities include supporting manufacturing operations, assisting with breakdowns, quality issues, and technical improvements, and maintaining accurate data in SAP. You will also ensure proper shift handovers and safety compliance.
* Follow health and safety procedures to ensure safety for yourself and others.
* Implement current H&S standards and environmental policies.
* Prioritize safety and seek advice when unsure.
* Assist with breakdowns and monitor machine failures to prevent reoccurrence.
* Perform online CMB maintenance, including thermography and vibration analysis.
* Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules.
* Prepare for maintenance activities, sourcing parts and equipment as needed.
* Identify process improvements through additions and modifications.
* Accurately record work in T-CON/SAP and provide detailed shift handovers.
* Participate in daily maintenance meetings and foster good team relationships.
* Lead and participate in projects and process improvements.
* Take responsibility for personal development.
* Operate according to 5S standards for workplace efficiency.
What We'd Love For You To Have
* Completed electrical apprenticeship with problem-solving skills.
* HNC in Electrical Engineering.
* Proficiency with workshop machinery and equipment.
* Technical competence in production improvements and process controls.
* Knowledge of electrical power, control systems, and PLCs (preferably Siemens S7).
* Experience with CMMS systems such as SAP.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Level-headedness under pressure.

* Salary up to £46,000 + bonus + paid overtime.
