IT Support Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Support Analyst with knowledge of Active Directory, DNS and DHCP as well as general Windows support to work as part of a team support around 200 users. The role will be to preform daily tasks, maintain systems and networks as well as working on low level projects.
Required Skills and Experience:
Background working in IT support
Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
Experience of Windows Operating Systems
Experience across the install, repair and upgrade of equipment
Experience of working with an IT Ticketing System
