We're working with a leading organisation seeking an experienced Group Property Manager to take ownership of their growing national property portfolio. This is a strategic role with direct responsibility for delivering property services across multiple divisions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
About the Role:
As Group Property Manager, you'll act as the property expert for the business, supporting internal divisions and collaborating closely with the Group Facilities Manager. You'll manage all aspects of property strategy and operations, including lease events, acquisitions, and fit-outs, while ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a robust property service nationally, including lease breaks, renewals, and new property acquisitions
Negotiate commercial lease agreements and manage landlord/agent relationships
Oversee property searches, site setups, refurbishments, and closures
Maintain accurate lease data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Support budgeting and cost control for commercial properties
Collaborate with procurement and facilities teams to align services with business needs
Monitor performance of legal and surveying suppliers
What We're Looking For:
âś” Proven experience in commercial property management
âś” Strong understanding of leases, clauses, and compliance
âś” Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
âś” MRICS is desired, however not essential
