Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location : Birmingham based with a minimum of 4 days in the office
Engagement : Permanent
Salary : £60-70,000 per annum depending on experience
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a Main Contractor who specialises in industrial, steele framework and structres projects.
Our client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a Steele Frame, industrail site in Lincoln and Solihull.

Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
1. This role will require you to visit sites acorss the Midlands and Lincoln.
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
2. Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
3. Background in constructon, ideally working on idustrial and/or steel frame projects
4. JCT experience
5. NEC experience desired but not essential
6. Tier 1 contractor experience desired but not essential
