Your new role
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of private housing projects, ensuring they arepleted on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, coordinating with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
2. Overseeing on-site activities, ensuringpliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining quality control throughout the build process.
3. Acting as a point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring their vision is realised.
4. Managing and motivating site teams, fostering a collaborative environment, and resolving any issues that arise during construction.
5. Monitoring project costs, managing contracts, and ensuring profitability while maintaining quality standards.
6. Identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring projects stay on track.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for construction. The ideal candidate will have:
