Responsibilities
A successful Junior Sous Chef will work alongside a talented Head Chef and team. Responsibilities include menu planning, ensuring food quality and cost control, managing stock and ordering from local suppliers, budget management, maintaining accurate records, overseeing health and hygiene standards, organizing staff duty rosters, recruiting, training, and developing staff. Coordination with the restaurant management team on supply ordering, budgeting, kitchen efficiency, and staffing is also required.
Minimum of 3 AA Rosette experience is required to apply for this role.
