Who You Are
Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef De Partie
Passionate about fresh food, consistency and presentation
Calm, organised and reliable under pressure
A flexible team player happy to support across different kitchens

What Youll Be Doing
Supporting the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the Central Kitchen
Assisting with large-scale food preparation and production to exceptionally high standards
Working flexibly across various kitchens throughout the hotel when required
Supervising and motivating junior members of the brigade
Maintaining excellent food hygiene, health & safety and kitchen standards
