Spire Regency Hospital, Macclesfield has an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to Hospital Director and Director of Clinical Services on a full-time, permanent basis.

As Personal Assistant, you will p rovide PA support to the Hospital Director and Head of Clinical Services, facilitating the smooth operation of the hospital.
Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):
* Manage the Hospital Directors (HD) and Director of Clinical services (DoCS) offices, achieving high standards in terms of efficiency, presentation standards and customer care.
* Provision of secretarial support to Hospital Director and Director of Clinical services (DoCS) to ensure the smooth operation of the Hospital Director’s Office. This will include, but not restricted to diary management, arranging meetings with internal/external parties, arranging events and forums, submitting expenses. Assist in organising the daily schedule of the HD/ DoCS ensuring files and documents are available and up-to-date, and that the HD/ DoCS are briefed on the day’s activities. This will include travel arrangements.
* Deal with a wide range of telephone enquiries and assist within the authority of the management of post.
* Prepare agendas/papers for meetings including production of minutes. Attend these meetings as required and distribute documentation.
* Assist the Hospital Director and SMT in establishing and maintaining good relations with Head Office personnel, Consultant users and other key customers.
* Arrange routine and ad hoc meetings, briefings and hospital events, preparing necessary agendas, reports, minutes, overheads etc.
Who are we looking for?
* Proven track record of holding a similar position, preferably at senior management level
* Computer literate: A good working knowledge of word processing is essential, preferably Microsoft Office
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels offering support and advice where needed
* Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage time well, prioritise workload and the ability to work to deadlines
