£80,000 - £100,000 roughly + bonus

What you'll be doing:
* Own the technical direction and delivery of a key digital platform.
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of React and .NET engineers to build exceptional user journeys.
* Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and stakeholders to shape and deliver roadmap priorities.
* Drive engineering best practices across multiple teams and disciplines.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and shared learning.
* Solve complex technical challenges and ensure platform reliability at scale.
* Balance user experience, performance, and long-term tech vision in delivery.
What you'll bring:
* 5+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
* A proven track record in delivering high-volume, transactional digital platforms.
* Strong background with cloud platforms, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
* Passion for coaching and mentoring engineers to help them reach their potential.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* The ability to influence product decisions through technical insight and strategic thinking.
