Join us and be part of delivering essential infrastructure services for life. This role will be a Environment & Sustainability Manager as part of our SHEQ team. Want to come and be a part of it? What will you be doing? As the Environment & Sustainability Manager, you're role will be based in Scotland. You'll lead environment and sustainability across the region, driving measurable improvements and embedding environmental excellence in operations. Ensuring compliance with legislation and the Environmental Management System, and you will lead assurance activities including audits, incident investigations and corrective actions. You'll lead, develop and resource-plan a team of Environmental Advisers and Sustainability Advisers, building capability, training and best practice. Working closely with senior leaders, operational teams, clients and regulators, we'll ask you to communicate performance, risks and opportunities and drive cross-contract collaboration. In this role you will identify and champion innovations and digital solutions, developing business cases that deliver long-term value.
