Our client is a boutique financial services company with a highly reputable and growing brand based on the Wirral.
They have an opportunity for a mortgage case management agent, to support a team of mortgage advisers within their busy office. You will act as a key support for the processing of mortgage applications, managing a busy case load and being responsible for collating the required documentation to ensure the smooth processing of the mortgage.
This role is extremely customer service focussed and therefore you should be confident when dealing with internal and external clients, able to chase outstanding information in a timely manner, acting as the customers first point of contact throughout the process. You will liaise with solicitors, banks and mortgage companies, ensuring that deadlines are adhered to and client expectations are met, manging and resolving any complications along the way.
This role is extremely fast paced, with deadlines to be met on a daily basis. You will be tasked with managing multiple cases, so we are looking for a multi tasker who is used to managing high volumes of clients and delivering an excellent service under pressure.
Due to the daily demands of this position we are looking for a candidate who has experience within the mortgage industry, either within a customer service or administrative capacity.
