Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Machine Operatives on Nights to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the production process, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced factory setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
* Assisting in the manufacture and assembly of products
* Loading and unloading materials
* Measuring, cutting, assembling or finishing products as required
* Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area
* Following production schedules and supervisor instructions
* Reporting faults, defects, or safety concerns immediately
* Supporting stock control and goods in/out processes where required
* Working collaboratively as part of a team
Health & Safety
* Comply with all Health & Safety regulations
* Wear appropriate PPE at all times
* Follow safe systems of work
* Report accidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Ability to carry out manual handling tasks safely

* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 9:00pm-7:00am
Overtime available subject to business needs
